We also disinfect and change the water in the cold water plunge pool. Additionally, disposable slippers and underwear are included in the sauna kit.

When visiting the bathhouse, our nervous system calms down, stress levels decrease, insomnia disappears, anxiety diminishes, and mood improves. The bathhouse helps to cope with negative emotions. For people with multiple sclerosis, hydrotherapy brings great benefits.

Bathhouse rental is only available by prior reservation and after making an advance payment:
- Confirmation of the bathhouse reservation is made only after a 50% advance payment of the total rental amount has been made.
- The advance payment must be made no later than 36 hours before the visit.
- In case of cancellation, you must contact the bathhouse complex administrator and inform them.
- If the bathhouse reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- Changes to the time, bathhouse, or rescheduling for another day are possible no less than 24 hours before the start of the rental.
- In case of violation of the bathhouse complex visitation rules, unapproved changes to the date and time, or same-day cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
- Once you have made the advance payment for the agreed-upon date and time of the bathhouse visit, the administration does not guarantee the possibility of changing the period (date and/or time) of the visit. Such changes, as well as extending the rental time, are confirmed if there is an available (free) period.
- In case of late arrival for the reserved bathhouse visit, there will be no adjustment of the rental time.
- On the premises of the "DROVA" bathhouse complex, steam sessions are only permitted with our own veniks (bath brooms) and by our steam masters.
- Bringing personal staff and equipment into the bathhouse complex is prohibited.
- Bringing outside food and drinks is prohibited.
- Intimate behavior in the bathhouse is prohibited.
- The bathhouse complex reserves the right to refuse services in cases of alcohol or drug intoxication.
- Pets are not allowed in the bathhouse complex.
- Moving around the outdoor area in bathrobes and towels is strictly prohibited.
- Insulting staff and inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
- Damaging property is prohibited.
- If a guest stays in the bathhouse for more than 15 minutes beyond the paid time, an additional hour of rental will be automatically added to the bill.
- Smoking cigarettes indoors is prohibited.
- Children under 12 years old (accompanied by adults) enter for free. For children older than 12 years, rental and all procedures are paid with a 50% discount.
- To receive a refund, the guest must submit a written request.
- Processing of the request takes up to three business days.
- The refund is made to the same card used for the prepayment within 10 days from the date of the request, or in cash.
